Publishing and moderation
Control how and when messages are published, set up review workflows, moderation queues, and configure delivery settings for your forwarding rules.
New! Review mode
Expert and aboveWhere to find
My Forwarding → Select forwarding → Forwarding Settings → Review mode
When Review mode is enabled, all incoming messages from the source are placed in a draft queue instead of being immediately forwarded.
You can review each message individually — approve it for publishing, edit it, or discard it entirely.
This mode is ideal for managing sensitive content, filtering quality, or maintaining editorial control over your channel.
Draft messages are stored until you take action — they do not expire automatically.
Moderation in the group
When publishing messages to a Telegram group, you have additional moderation options that control how forwarded content appears to group members.
Admin note
To forward messages to a group and manage moderation settings, your connected account must have administrator privileges in the destination group. Without admin rights, certain publishing options may not be available.
Group moderation allows designated admins to approve or reject messages before they appear to all members.
You can configure which admins receive moderation requests and set approval thresholds.
Messages pending moderation are visible only to admins until they are approved for the full group.
Rejected messages are removed from the queue and are not shown to group members.
Delivery modes
There are two main delivery modes for forwarding messages, each with different behavior and requirements.
1. Publishing on behalf of (Forwarding mode)
In this mode, messages are published through the mini-app using your connected Telegram account. Messages appear as if sent by your account directly to the destination.
Messages appear from your personal Telegram account or your bot account at the destination.
Supports all advanced features including AI processing, filters, and moderation queues.
Requires the mini-app to remain connected and active.
2. Copying mode
In copying mode, messages are re-sent to the destination using the standard Telegram forwarding mechanism. The bot acts as an intermediary and the message origin is attributed to the bot.
Please note
In copying mode, AI processing and content transformation are not available. The message text is copied as-is from the source. This mode works without a direct account connection.
Delayed publication
Publish with a delay
You can set a fixed time delay between when a message is received from the source and when it is published to the destination.
Where to find
My Forwarding → Select → Settings → Delivery → Time delay
Set a delay from 1 minute to 24 hours between receiving and publishing a message.
Useful for adding a buffer before publishing — allows time to review or cancel if needed.
Messages will be queued and sent automatically after the delay period expires.
If the forwarding is paused during the delay period, queued messages will be held until forwarding is resumed.
Publication scheduling
Publication scheduling allows you to define specific time windows during which messages will be published. Messages received outside these windows are held and delivered during the next active window.
Where to find
My Forwarding → Select → Settings → Delivery → Schedule
Define one or more daily time windows (e.g. 09:00–12:00 and 18:00–21:00) for message delivery.
Set active days of the week to further control when messages are published.
Messages that arrive outside the schedule are queued and sent at the start of the next active window.
Useful for maintaining a consistent posting schedule without manual intervention.
All times are based on the timezone configured in your bot settings.
Pinning messages (pin)
Where to find
My Forwarding → Select → Settings → Delivery → Pin message
When the pin option is enabled, each forwarded message will be automatically pinned in the destination channel or group immediately after publishing.
Each new message that is forwarded will replace the previously pinned message in the destination.
Requires administrator rights in the destination channel or group to pin messages.
Useful for keeping the latest update always visible at the top of a channel.
Delivery frequency
Where to find
My Forwarding → Select → Settings → Delivery → Frequency
Delivery frequency controls how many messages per unit of time are published to the destination. This helps avoid flooding the destination channel with too many messages at once.
Set a maximum number of messages per minute, hour, or day.
Messages that exceed the limit are queued and delivered in order when the rate allows.
Combine with scheduling to spread messages evenly throughout the day.
This setting is especially useful when the source is a high-volume channel.
Silent mode
Where to find
My Forwarding → Select → Settings → Delivery → Silent mode
When silent mode is enabled, forwarded messages are sent without triggering notifications for channel or group members. The message will appear in the destination but subscribers will not receive a push notification.
Ideal for publishing non-urgent content that shouldn't disturb subscribers.
Works for both channels and groups.
Can be combined with scheduling to publish silently during off-hours.
Preview
Where to find
My Forwarding → Select → Settings → Delivery → Link preview
The preview setting controls whether link previews (web page cards) are shown when a forwarded message contains a URL.
Enable to show rich link preview cards beneath forwarded messages that contain URLs.
Disable to send the message as plain text without any link preview card, resulting in a cleaner appearance.
This setting applies to all messages forwarded by this rule.
Flood behavior
Where to find
My Forwarding → Select → Settings → Delivery → Flood behavior
Flood behavior defines what happens when Telegram's flood control limits are triggered. This can happen when too many messages are sent in a short period.
When a flood limit is hit, Telegram temporarily restricts message sending from your account or bot.
The bot will automatically wait for the required cooldown period and then resume delivery.
You can configure whether to queue messages during the flood wait or skip them entirely.
To minimize flood events, use the Delivery frequency setting to spread out message sending.
Please note
Repeated flood control violations can result in temporary account restrictions from Telegram. It is strongly recommended to keep the delivery frequency within reasonable limits to avoid triggering flood controls repeatedly.
