Account Connection

Direct and Expert

Account Сonnection allows you to copy messages from any Telegram chat you are a member of, including private and protected chats.

This feature works by connecting @Clyra_bot to your account as a separate Telegram client.

How does it work

The bot “sees” and forwards messages that are visible to your account.

Access rights are granted only to the bot, but to none of our employees.

The bot operates within the official secure Telegram protocol.

You can use a work or any other number.

How to connect

Get a paid or a demo bundle with account connection (Direct and above).

When creating a new forward or a new digest, you will see an option to setup a new account connection.

Enter the phone number of a Telegram account you wish to connect.

Enter the 4-digit code. Why it is safe?

Done - your account is connected. Now you will see a list of chats you are a member of among the available sources and destinations for your digests and forwards.

Clyra Alert Bot

Currently, all system notifications, including payment reminders, are sent to the main bot chat. To avoid missing these notifications, we recommend adding the Clyra Alerts bot and enabling notifications.

Important nuances

Remember that the connected account is not necessarily the account from which you pay and manage the bot (the managing account). A connected account can be your second, for example, your work account.
You can use many connected accounts on one managing account. The more connected accounts you purchase a package for (Direct or Expert), the less you pay for one connection.
Do not delete the "Clyra Service Channel" created by the bot. It is needed for service messages. It can be archived so that it does not interfere.
Do not block or delete the chat with @Clyra_bot from the connected account. This may lead to problems with the bot.
